Offered free of charge by FullScreensavers.com, Independence Day 3D is a Windows screensaver you can use to decorate your PC when the 4th of July comes around. This screensaver uses 5 images to get you into the Independence Day mood:

1. The American flag swinging in the wind, with the sky and fireworks in the background.
2. The American flag swinging in the wind on a pole; you can see the moon and the night sky in the background. You can also see fireworks.
3. The American flag and an animated eagle flying towards you.
4. The silhouette of The Statue of Liberty with the night sky behind it, and fireworks in the night sky.
5. Fireworks against a black background.

The images are accompanied by a rendition of the US national anthem.

You can customize your Independence Day 3D experience from the screensaver’s settings pane. Here are the bits and pieces you can play with:
- Select for how long the images will be displayed, what transition effects will be used when switching from one image to another, the order in which the images will be displayed, and the position of the images.
- Mute the anthem playing in the background.
- Create a personalized playlist that will be played by the screensaver when it kicks in. You can create a personalized playlist and you can preview the tracks within the settings pane.
- Adjust the screensaver’s behavior. You can for example set it to ignore mouse movement and exit only when the ESC key is pressed.
